SIDEWALL INSTALLATION USING TRAPEZOIDS: MATERIAL NEEDED
| The Left Sidewall Modules solid kickplates should be
trimmed to fit slope of foundation as the front wall was see Diagram 3.2 & 3.3 of step
3. DIAGRAM 5.0 Once the trimming has been completed Start placing the correct numbered Module in the Side Bottom Track at the front wall. Because the exact pitch of the roof is not known,the vertical mullions of the Modules will run past the outside of the Rafter. After all Modules are in and together, Level and plumb your walls,but do not secure. When this has been completed you are ready to mark and cut the vertical mullions to fit under the Rafter. This height is found by drawing a line on the mullions at the bottom of the Rafter. Draw a line 1/16" down from the original mark.(this allows for the thickness of the Sidewall Bracket) Also Mark Rafter at each side of vertical mullions.This will be the location of the Sidewall Bracket. |
